Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment options

Option 1 – Card (Stripe)

Pay a deposit at the time of booking via secure online payment processed by Stripe.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same card 30 days before arrival.
If the arrival date is within 30 days, the full amount will be charged after booking confirmation.

All card payments are securely processed through Stripe, a globally recognised payment platform that complies with the highest security standards.
We do not store or have access to your card details. All payment information is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe using SSL technology.

Option 2 – Bank transfer (offline)
We’ll hold your dates for 48 hours. You’ll receive an email with payment instructions.
Please pay the deposit within 48h and email us the receipt.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival via bank transfer.
If the arrival is within 30 days, the full amount will be requested upon confirmation.

Cancellations & changes

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained; the balance will not be charged.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival (or bookings made within 30 days): the balance becomes due and is non-refundable once requested/paid.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and current rates; they may be processed as a new booking.

Minimum stay, rates & discounts

Minimum nights and rates vary by season, weekday/weekend and demand.
Occasional discount coupons may apply to selected dates or stays.

Damages & incident reporting

No security bond required.
By confirming your booking, you agree to take reasonable care of the property and cover the actual cost of repair or replacement for any damage you cause (normal wear and tear excluded).
Please report any issue immediately so we can fix it quickly. For urgent matters (e.g., leaks, electricity, key appliances, doors/gates), contact us right away.
Where applicable, charges may be applied after prior notice and proof/receipt.
Breaches of house rules (e.g., indoor smoking, parties, unregistered visitors) may incur additional fees.

Cleaning & Check-out rules

Standard cleaning is included in your total.
Please help us keep the house in good condition:

  • Leave the house tidy, with dishes washed and kitchen items put away.
  • Remove rubbish and recycling before departure.
  • Turn off air conditioning, lights and appliances.
  • Close all windows, doors and gates securely.
  • Return the keys or leave them in the agreed location.

Excessive cleaning, indoor smoking or misuse of facilities may incur additional charges.

Guest registration (Spanish regulations)

Required under Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021. We must collect identification details for all guests, including children. You’ll receive an email with a secure online check-in link to submit the required information. For minors under 14, an ID number isn’t required, but we still need their full name and basic details.
